I have had problems with digital appliances. My front load washer broke in May when it was only 10 months old. It was under warranty but it took six weeks to have it repaired. When we took it in they replaced the entire transmission for free. It was a recall or something so they just went ahead and did it. What a pain it would have been if we'd had to replace it ourselves? I understand completely about appliance woes. I seem to have my unfair share of them. I am so tired of the attitude that you just spent possibly thousands on an appliance and if something goes wrong you are just stuck. We bought a GE fridge several years ago and just after the 1 year warranty is up the ice maker went wonky. I called and the customer service person said yeah, they had a lot of problems with that model but it was past warranty, sorry. They knew they made a crummy product but you are still out of luck! I dont know what company would be any different.Kathleen Gracehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11551093555973581448noreply@blogger.com
