So pretty! I need to decorate my dining room table... but how on earth do you get your candles to stay in your candlesticks?
I've got 3 sets of nice crystal candlesticks that I received at my bridal shower 6-7 years ago and they've sat in the closet in a box because I can't for the life of me get the candles to stay standing up in them! :( They're pretty much a fire hazard right now because if I light them they'd lean and/or fall entirely and probably light my house on fire.
And decorating hasn't even begun, yet, here. eek! I, finally, got a touch of Christmas shopping done, though. Well, your elements equal a warm and beautiful home = happiness! (Oh, dear, those sound like just "words" but it's, oh, so sincere! =])
O.M.Gosh, Mary! My post title is so similar ha! But your post is much prettier! Beautiful vignettes and beautiful photography! Love the chandy! So elegant and festive!
What a beautiful arrangement...do you leave it for meals or clear things off...I tend to get all my pretty stuff out of reach of all children.....even though they are 20-ish...smiles.
The green texture of the moss is wonderful. And I have that same beaded garland hanging from my dining room chandelier. Your decorating is coming along well.
You take beautiful pictures, something I am still working on. I found your blog today on Sall's blog. I like it very much and will keep my eye on it. =)
I may soon have a full-fledged panic attack, as I'm away at work and I know that I left my dining room table under a mound of wrapping paper and ribbon.
I was a follower of your other blog but when I discovered this I decided to keep at this. I hope you are not angry:) This blog is superb and the photographs are magical. All of us fans of "good" photos, we can learn from you, You are our inspiration and teacher. I wish you a nice and pleasant weekend, Zondra Art
