Sometimes you just have to spend the week on the sofa, hiding from the heat and nursing a summer cold. It's getting a little less humid here, and I think I'm almost done with the coughing.
I also spent some time this week updating my professional photography blog, with some more of the sessions I shot last fall. Still have more to post about there, and I have two shoots next week. Wish me luck!
More Bunny Williams next week, too. (I know what you're saying -- "Dear God, will it never end?") See you Sunday night for Mosaic Monday. Stay cool, dear bloggers! :)
I love the way the sun ray's shining in the window on the sofa.

I just checked the photography blog, Mary your photos are so clear and the lighting is beautiful. The fresh faced, sparkling eyed children just glow! I sure hope you feel better soon, I know youmust be anxious to get back out there with your camera.
ReplyDeleteNo, I never say that when visiting you. Sorry about the summer cold, which must feel as if it'll never end especially in the humidity. I know that your sessions will go well. Enjoy them!
ReplyDeleteWhat a cozy room. I hope you feel better soon. Colds just seem wrong, somehow, in the summertime!
ReplyDeleteYour room looks like the perfect place to lay back, escape the heat, read and heal. I hope you are feeling better soon. Summer colds are the worse!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful room! Hope you feel better soon - colds and humidity both stink! :-)
ReplyDeleteYour room is so inviting. I hope you soon feel better Mary.
ReplyDeleteStunning photography.
I think that a summer cold is such an insult on a sweltering day. BIG sympathy from up here in the cool and misty Pacific northwest!
ReplyDeleteGood luck to you. I'm sure it will be fabulous! Our summer here in Sacramento has been just weird. It was in the 70s yesterday and the day before. It's usually 100+ this time of year.
ReplyDeletethat sofa is so inviting that I may never get up
ReplyDeleteI am so tired tonight, worried and a little frantic because my kids are moving across the country away from me at the end of the month...and your photo makes me just want to curl up on the sofa and enjoy the calm and quiet of a comfy, cool, familiar room. Hope your cold is better soon...the summer cold is the ickiest of colds!
ReplyDeleteThere's no such thing as too much BUNNY!
