Mosaic Monday: Green and White

First of all, forgive me for not posting this till rather late in the day -- we had a full day, including shopping with my daughter and driving her back to school. Also, I have been having some pain in my hands, probably due to too much computer time, so I've been trying to cut back. So you must also forgive me for posting an old mosaic -- something I made a few years go. I thought it was a nice look at something I always look forward to -- the coming of spring! All of these photos were taken in our garden and around our yard. I always think a white garden would be lovely... until I see some colorful flower that I absolutely cannot live without. :)

Here are the instructions to join today's post:
1. Publish your Mosaic Monday post. The post may be about any subject you wish. The only stipulation is that it include a collage, or mosaic of photos.
2. Once it is published, click on the title of the post. This will lead you to the static link for your post. The static link is the page with only that post on it. Copy the url from your browser at the top of the page.
3. Paste the url into the appropriate inlinkz box in this post.
4. Type your name in the appropriate inlinkz box in this post.
5. Click on "Enter."
6. Please link back to this Mosaic Monday post so that your readers can find other wonderful mosaics.
That's all there is to it! It's always a good idea to then check and see if your link is working. If you have any questions, feel free to email me: mrcarroll(at)optonline

And a quick reminder: if you would like to join Mosaic Monday but don't know quite where to start, there is a tutorial on mosaic-making on my sidebar. Just scroll down, and click on the small blue mosaic.

  3. Hi Mary
I love the spring like quality of your mosaic--as beautiful the second time around as it was the first time.

I also loved your pretty toile bedspread in the prior post -- light blue is one of my favorite color schemes for a bedroom. It is so quiet and relaxing.

    Hugs,

    Pat

  10. Green and white is one of my favorite color combinations to surround myself with. Which is why my bedroom windowsill is full of white or cream pots with fresh green plants. Love them!

The pictures with the dew drops are gorgeous! I do like a bit of white in the garden, but I too am a color girl!

  33. I agree with the earlier posters. Although I enjoy one or two nice snows per season, I hate the unending gray days that often linger far too long in Cincinnati. Your mosaic reminds me that things will change before too long.
