For someone who has been trying to lose weight, I've been taking a lot of food pictures lately. Hmmm, do you think that may be a problem? ;)
These have been mostly taken for my 365 project, beauty unspoken. My friend Amanda and I take a different subject each week, and last week's subject was "delicious." But even before that, my camera had been turning more and more to food. And "red" is quite a popular subject as well... lol. Anyway, I thought I would make up a food mosaic this week. So here it is.
Bon Appetit!

Hello Mary...
ReplyDeleteMy friend, I always just stand in awe of your photography!!! Absolutely gorgeous! The reds are just beautiful in these photos...ohhh, those raspberries in that pretty white bowl...yummy! Ooops...sorry, I was talking about photography not the food...wink! I love your choice of subjects...and you were very successful in cathching those mouth watering images! You are such a talented lady! I want to be just like you when I grow up! Hehe! I have become more and more interested in the photography aspect since blogging...I can see improvement but I have a long way to go. Of course, I just have a "point and shoot" camera..it's nothing special so I do the best with what I have at the moment! Anyway, you are such an inspiration to me, Mary! I always enjoy your mosaics and all the photos on your blog! Thank you for sharing your talents with us...and thank you so much for hosting Mosaic Monday!
Warmest wishes,
Chari @Happy To Design
Hi Mary
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. The center photo was my flowers, but the others are pictures I took of flowers around the neighborhood. All of them were taken last Spring.
I discovered your beautiful blogs over the weekend and decided to join in the fun. Loved the red and luscious foods in your mosaic. Now I'm going to go check out other blogs!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful day!
It is difficult to look at pictures of luscious food when one is trying to loose weight. But those pictures are all around us. On TV if they aren't advertising viagra or cars it is FOOD - with close up pictures.
ReplyDeleteOh, so beautiful! And thank you for the link to your P365 collaboration. I love the captures there!
ReplyDeleteHave a great day!
Mary this is truly "eye candy" without the calories! Love it!Yummo!
