Spring has sprung...

What a difference a few months makes! The photo above was taken on January 28th, out the window looking toward our front yard.

Here is the same view, taken earlier this week. I bet you can't figure out which one is my favorite. ;)

Have a wonderful weekend, dear bloggers!

Won't you join me for Mosaic Monday? Mr. Linky should be up on Sunday by 9:00 pm Eastern time, USA. I can't wait to see what you all have in store for us this week! :)

  1. I was so tired of blues, greys, and whites when I looked at my photos. Now they are filled with color and it makes me so joyous!

  2. I live in the land of possible snow for at least 4-6 months so I vote for the pretty spring picture. I just figured out how to make a mosaic, so I am planning on joining if you will have me.

  3. Don't hit me but I like the winter one too! Mary, I saw that you were chosen as one of the best 47 Photoblogs on the web from the Guide to Art Schools. My Chronicles blog was also chosen. Do you know anything about them?

  6. After having beautiful spring weather we almost look like the top photo again today.
We have been getting snow all morning but at least as it hits the ground it's melting.
I like both of your photos Mary and often take pictures of the same place during different seasons myself. (this has been a photo competition category for our garden club)

  7. How lucky you are to be seeing such beautiful blossoms now...
Do you remember the words to the old song?
"Cherry blossom pink and apple blossom white"?
We had a beautiful orchard in the Okanagan and the blossoms were such a magnificent sight to behold!

  21. Hard to pick which I like better. Quite with the snow falling, or perky with the flowering tree, I cannot decide. Both are great. Have a wonderful weekend and take care:)

  23. Mary both photos are beautiful and I have to admit I enjoy every season! I cook so much good food when it's cold, and I get to fight off the extra pounds gained in the spring.... Yes every season has its rewards ; )!

  26. Hello Mary!
What a difference a few months makes is right! I'm afraid I like the spring one the best...it was a long cold snowy winter down here in Kansas and I was sick and tired of the gray...it's so nice to see green and other colors for a change. I hope you have a wonderful Sunday! Maura

  29. what a difference a few months makes - I'm sure you thought the picture of the snow was lovely at the time too.

I'm heading to bed - 9pm eastern time is still well past my bedtime here in the UK Mary. I'll hopefully be entering a CS Lewis Narnian collage in the morning. :) Rosie

  32. Both pictures are beautiful in their own way because of the imagination of the Creator of our seasons and your amazing talent to work the lens of a camera. I'm very much a newbie in the world of photography. Your photography is such an inspiration ... thanks for sharing!

    Love your music choices too!
