Mosaic Monday: Green and White

Yes, Mosaic Monday is getting to be a pretty steady routine around here. :)

I hope everyone had a nice weekend.  We went for a walk yesterday, in our favorite park.  The weather was beautiful, and the scent of wild honeysuckle was in the air.  Heavenly!

We're looking forward to more beautiful spring weather this week.  I'm planning to do a little weeding in the garden, and fill my pots and planters on the deck.

What have you got planned for the week?

  1. Mosaic Mondays at Little Red House are one of the highlights of my week. I mean it. Love the crisp greens and whites. That's the other thing I'm noticing about your work...everything is carefully coordinated. I may have to keep trying and thanks for the encouragement! (I'm mostly excited about Thursday's reveal for Melissa's Procrastinators Party. Are you participating?)

  2. So pretty. I have to travel for a Dr's appt this week, so no fun. But I love the post and pic's. I hope to get some answers from this appt and get on with the summer! I also need to be finishing up painting my master bedroom. Lol.... so I guess it is a "get stuff done week" for me!

  3. I love your mosaic mondays! Spring green and white are so calm and beautiful. I have always had a colorful garden, but I dream of an all white garden tucked away in a secret corner some day. We had a frost warning last night so I may wait a week or two before getting my flowers. I'll be doing some sewing and working on the dining room chairs this week:>)

  4. green and white...very refreshing.

  5. I love Mosaic Mondays! I love the hosta in the middle! I have a big luncheon tomorrow (I am an honoree!) and I'll blog about it next week. I am not looking forward to all the rain we are supposed to be getting but I know it will help the flowers grow!

  6. I really enjoy your mosaics. This one is so pretty! I worked in my garden all afternoon yesterday. This week I have to plant a few more annuals, work on sewing new dining room drapes & clean!

  7. Love the simplicity of this one, but LOVE them all, and so enjoy looking at them! You are talented and creative, and it's great that you bring us joy through sharing your work!!

    Have a lovely week,

  8. I always enjoy your mosaic Monday posts. Your photography skills are exquisite.

Would you mind directing me to some instructions on how to do this mosaic thing? I would like to try.

  9. Beautiful Mosiac Monday, the green and white is such a perfect combination, we have been planting lot's of hosta this weekend you have inspired my to add some white amongst them, I am catching up today and wanted to say your Mother's day tray is beautiful too, hope you have a wonderful week, Kathy.

  10. Lovin your green mosaic. Would look great in my hall bathroom with the new towels I bought this week-end? Really nice!

  11. Beautiful. Your photos are always so good. I have some time to myself this week and I am going to try to learn more about Flicker. That may sound silly to you, but I am slow........really slow!

  12. Hi Mary,

Your green and white pictures are so lovely. I find myself feeling relaxed just viewing them. My week will be very hectic so thank you for the peaceful pause :)

  13. Hello again Mary, thank you so much for your sweet comments. I had such fun today with the mosaic making. I Hope you do decide to bring in Mr Linky that would be great fun, your photography is awesome and truly inspiring, hugs, Kathy.

  16. Can you tell me how to do the mosaics? I love them. Yours is particularly gorgeous in green.

  17. I do like this mosaic in green & white. We always expect color in flowers but somethimes just the green is beautiful enough!

I hope you have a wonderful week! We have rain coming in and out all week so I am going to start my gardening in bits an pieces now that the dreaded "clean~up" is finished!!

  18. So fresh and springy! That shot of the hosta is really cool! Happy Monday at least I am off to a great start after visiting you! ~ Robyn
