A Little Bit of This and That...

Just a little bit of reindeer moss,

some milk glass,

some ribbon,

and a little bit of bling. They are all marching down my dining room table. Decorating for the holidays continues apace. :)

  2. So pretty! I need to decorate my dining room table... but how on earth do you get your candles to stay in your candlesticks?

I've got 3 sets of nice crystal candlesticks that I received at my bridal shower 6-7 years ago and they've sat in the closet in a box because I can't for the life of me get the candles to stay standing up in them! :( They're pretty much a fire hazard right now because if I light them they'd lean and/or fall entirely and probably light my house on fire.

  11. The green texture of the moss is wonderful. And I have that same beaded garland hanging from my dining room chandelier. Your decorating is coming along well.

Candice, have you tried dripping a little melted wax in the candlestick to help the candle stay put?

  20. I may soon have a full-fledged panic attack, as I'm away at work and I know that I left my dining room table under a mound of wrapping paper and ribbon.
