Looking forward to a quiet weekend here. My son is home for a visit, and I'm sure we'll be very busy next week, gathering the things he needs for his new apartment in Philadelphia. But in the meantime, a little peace and quiet and gazing through the window seems like a good idea.
Wishing you a peaceful weekend, dear bloggers. :)
Note: Please join me for another Mosaic Monday. I'll put Mr. Linky up on Sunday night by 8:30pm. Hope to see you there!
Morning Mary. What a pretty photo! Although I am rather tired of the rain and looking forward to a break from it today. Here's hoping it's a quiet week-end here too, though with 2 teenage daughters I would tend to doubt it.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy the time with your son!

This is a beautiful shot...the kind I enjoy finding. It creates the feeling of one, just resting at the window and admiring the beauty of the world outside.
ReplyDeleteHope yopu have a wonderful weekend with your son.

Love your rhododendron. Mine is one the way out.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your quiet weekend - the calm before the storm. Next weekend, wave as you pass exit 6!
Mary, Please, please, please send some of that rain my way! We had cloudy skies yesterday but only a handful of raindrops. Drats! My garden is so dry. I've been watering and soaking but when I went to tuck a plant inbetween a few I dug down to DRY soil underneath it all. Hope your weekend is a good one! ~ Robyn
ReplyDeleteI love your picture through the window frame - and your gorgeous rhodie in full bloom. Ours are just about ready to blossom. Hope your weekend is very restful. See you on Mosaic Monday!

ReplyDeleteBoy this rain is universal I think. When we are in desperate need later this summer we will be complaining again. I love your picture. The flowers and shrubs sure love this rain. Safe weekend. I'm still unsure about the Mosaic.
