500th Post Giveaway!

Somehow I can't quite believe it has been 500 posts already. To all of you who have read and commented, to all of you who have shared my love of dishes and flowers, to all of you who have put up with endless pictures of milk glass -- thank you so much!

This community of like-minded bloggers has been both a bulwark and a joy. You have truly lifted me up when I have been down. You have helped me to discover a love of photography and you have encouraged me with your sweet comments.

You have invited me to share your joys and your sorrows.

You have been kind enough to tell me when something I posted inspired you, and you have shared my simple, everyday joys.

And so, to say thank you for all your kind words, I am giving away this silver-plated tea set that I found at a rummage sale last week.

I was drawn to the pretty daisy motif on the handles and feet.

And I thought you might like it, too. And yes, I'll even polish it before I send it off to the lucky winner. ;)
