The snow has finally begun to melt and we are just starting to see a little green/brown grass here in my part of New Jersey. We've still got a snow cover for the most part. So I've gone back through my archives to gather some spring and summer photos with a bit of a vintage feel. No bright greens here yet, but even the muted greens and browns are welcome after so many days of white. :)

Beautiful greens. This is what winter in Florida usually looks like. But with the extra cold, it's more brown. :(
ReplyDeleteOh Mary what awesome colors. Green is my favorite color. The textures and colors in your photos are so dreamy - add that to Eva Cassidy singing and I am lulled away to dream land! Thanks. I needed the respite - it has been a crazy last few hours!

ReplyDeleteThanks to sweet Rhondi at Rose Colored Glasses I found your gorgeous blog. I've popped over England and will definitely be calling again. Eli
ReplyDeleteMary! the center image on the left looks like an oil painting -- gorgeous. It is good to see the snow disappearing, s-l-o-w-l-y! We;ve still got too much here, but I think the slow melt is good for the spring plants. Wherever they are.
ReplyDeleteWe drove to Connecticut yesterday -- NO SNOW! Crazy! It's New England for goodness' sake!
Happy MM! Cass
