Yes. Amen! We who are safe have a lot to be thankful for, don't we? And we need to pray for the dear people of our world who are going through so much struggle just to survive in incredible situations. ~Adrienne~
Amen, We have so much to be thankful for and my prayer are going out for all those that are suffering so much right now. Beautiful post. I'm reminded of the song that says raindrops are tears from Heaven.
Yes, there's certainly a lot going on. I can't believe the devastation in Myanmar and China and then to see the damage that the tornados have done...sigh.

I am a 50-something reluctant housewife (I'd rather be an international supermodel or a forest ranger or a jockey), mother of two great but sometimes annoying kids ages 25 and 21, and wife to a funny, hard-working attorney.
While I appreciate each and every one of the awards that you have given me since 2007, I have decided that Little Red House will no longer be accepting awards and tags. Thank you for your understanding. :)
It is really almost too much to bare...
ReplyDeleteAmen. Just watching new footage this morning. Absolutely heartbreaking.
ReplyDeleteIt is almost too much. But someone must bear witness to the struggle these people face.

ReplyDeleteIt is indeed tragic. It seems like these things occur in clusters.

It's almost unimaginable that so many people can be killed or injured in such a small amount of time. It truly is heartbreaking!
ReplyDeleteI know ... when you read the numbers you keep wondering if someone accidently put extra zeros into them.
ReplyDeleteAnd then you read those same numbers someplace else. And then you cry ... and pray.
I know. It's really terrible and sad.

Tears and prayers are everywhere. May God carry all of those impacted in his arms.
ReplyDeleteSo true! Sometimes we forget how blessed we are here in our happy homes. It makes me appreciate how fortunate we are. The photo is so fitting.
