Don't forget: I'm still gathering photos of your favorite decorating details -- anything from a pair of salt and pepper shakers to a favorite old quilt, to...well, whatever makes your heart sing. Email them to me at mrcarroll@optonline.net, and don't forget to include a small explanation, your name, and (if applicable) your blog link. I'm shooting for a Monday or Tuesday post. Thanks!
Beautiful...photo coming you way later today!
ReplyDeleteGreat pics, Mary-thanks for the spirit builder!
ReplyDeleteI think I solved your huge fork problem, left the answer on your other post!
Enjoy weekend--stay dry!

What's the plant in the bottom photo? Some sort of hellebore? You have more spring than we do!
ReplyDeleteThirkellgirl -- yes, it is a hellebore. Luckily, the deer have not found it yet...

You take such magnificent photographs. These flowers look so inspiring. My husband just returned from a business trip to Princeton and he was sharing with me how the trees were beginning to bloom. I always loved how gorgeous New Jersey was in Spring. I just sent you an e-mail with a detail of my favorite decorating. I wrote a post about it today too. Have a lovely weekend. Karen
ReplyDeleteMary, I am so glad you are seeing signs of spring because I know you have spring in your heart.
ReplyDeleteI will try to send you a picture this evening. I did a post March 11 about a favorite in my home.
What beautiful flowers....thank you much for sharing with us. Our flowers are few and far between right now!! Loved looking at yours.

Hi, Mary, just sitting at Panera waiting for my hubby to be finished so we can fly back home tonight & I'm catching up on some of my blogs for the week.
ReplyDeleteLet's see...the painting you did when you were a girl, that shows a lot of talent to me. Keep going with your art, you have nothing to lose. I always enjoy stopping by here to see what else you've found in the back of your closet or drawer! I have no such treasures hanging out.
xo, Rhoda
The colors in these photos are just making my day! Nothing like this seen yet this spring in Iowa.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos, lovely words! I will stop back.

Debbie
