One day it is in the eighties, and the next day the low forties. That's why everyone is getting the sniffles around here! Thanks for the lovely pink flowers! All three pictures are lovely.
Lovely, very pretty pink pics. Weather here in UK quite chilly and breezy today, but the weatherman is promising us nice warm days for the weekend. Hooray!
The weather has been playing tricks on us down here. One week the temps are in the high 70's and the next they are in the low 40's. Gotta love southern springs!! Carla
Beautiful - the pictures that is. It's cold and damp as we're waiting for about a foot of snow to fall here in the next 24 hours. Spring snow! Won't last long! Blessings, Pamela
Oh, so lovely and soft. Spring is on her way here - the daffodils are blooming, crocuses, too (although the pretty blossoms were all nipped off by the deer). Sun shone yesterday, this morning is rainy. Have a wonderful weekend, Mary.
Beautiful! I love the overlay. I love all flowers but loads of fluffy pink blossoms really gets me. My weather is improving! It's sunny this morning and yesterday was warm enough for me to go outside without a coat. Of course we have no snow...but it has been raining quite a lot. Something my newly planted herbs are appreciating I'm sure. :)
Gorgeous photos - thank you! Our weather here in Texas is actually starting to resemble summer more than spring! Spring seems to have disappeared everywhere this year!
At the risk of being thought tedious, or repetitious....it's drear here. Rain, rain and more rain. I love the soft pink - thank you - nothing like that up here.
lovely soft pink and I really like the overlay. I can see you are looking forward to the spring flowers. Whilst here we are looking forward to rain and winter - as it continues to be hot and dry in our corner of the West Australia (too dry - a record dry summer). We really need some rain as many gardens are dying, and the native bushlands are feeling the stress of it all.
Dawn, thank you! I edit in Photoshop CS3. I used an action from the Nodding Violets Actions: http://kristybee-kristybee.blogspot.com/2011/03/nodding-violet-actions-two-sets.html And then added a handwriting texture: http://www.flickr.com/photos/boccacino/sets/72157623341317548/ Hope this helps. :)

Same story as yours, I'd say only I did not approach it with quite as much creativity as you have. This is truly lovely!

ReplyDeleteYour photos are amazing. I wonder how you do that. The weather here is too hot. Soft pink seems to cool things down a bit.
