Happy New Year







I have so much enjoyed getting to know all of you over the past couple of months, and I wish all of you and your families a bright and happy new year!

    I, too, am so enriched by all my friends in blogland. It has been an amazing experience and I look forward to another year with all of you. How fun it will be.

    Yes, bj, that was my mother's pride and joy -- a cut crystal bowl displayed on a mirrored stand I think the mirrored stand was probably for a vanity or dressing table, but it helps to reflect the light caught by the glass facets and multiplies the effect.
