Wow, if you are not a professional photographer you should be. These photos make me feel like I could touch them and feel the ice on the leaves. THANK YOU for sharing such beauty.
Wow! We're in Ulster County, but did not get snow. You must have been shocked! We did get the rain and wind and low, low temps, but no snow. I agree with you, I am not ready for winter.
OH, that was a surprise! We are suppose to get snow towards the weekend as well....not looking forward either.....so I feel with you.....love the photos you took though, especially the close up with leave. Smiles, Anke ;)
It's really pretty but I feel the same way, not ready for it.We have seen some floating around in the air but none of it stuck, thank God! Pray for a warm front:>)
Those are beautiful pictures! It was 97 yesterday in Riverside, CA. We're about half way between L.A. and Palm Springs. I want cooler weather but not snow. We don't even have fall yet.
HA! My sentiments exactly. For those of us living in cold climes (Wisconsin) - we dread this. Now, I love the change of seasons but winter here is just tooooo long. I always enjoy the first snow but am sick to death by mid-February!!
I am so feeling for you. We had 6 INCHES of snow, two weeks ago. Luckily, three days later it was in the 70's again. So I hope you get the same weather. I'm not ready for winter yet either. I just got okay with fall being here. *hugs*
I had an inch and a half of snow on my car yesterday when I took my dog to the vet five miles from my house. My car was the only one in the lot with snow on it. Go figure.
How pretty! Is it to early for winter? We're still dealing with summer heat! 93 here already, 100 yesterday. blah! I say swap me some of your cold for some of my heat and it will be a nice "middle" :0). Enjoy your day. Stay warm!
Oh my gosh! That is unbelievable! We've had crazy weather too, just a few days ago it was in the high 80 and then it dropped down to the 60s....okay...I know that's not as strange as yours!
Brrrrrrrr, I just got a chill looking out that window. I sure hope that it is toasty warm inside. I just took a trip last week to see my friend in Hopewell, N.J. I think the timing was perfect. It seems so sudden that snow is on the horizon when it was so warm last week. Karen
Morning girl...those are absolutley beautiful pics! I woke up to frost here this morning..that is as close to the 'white' stuff that I care to get! lol Have a great day!
lol!! We had the same exact view! hehehe.. we cozied up in front of the fireplace last night to make ourselves feel better! It look mighty cozy at your table.. xoxo~

Is this not very early for winter to arrive? But...it looks beautiful and that does probably compensate for the early cold.
ReplyDeleteThe photography is great.
OMGosh.....I can't believe your weather. It is still up to 78 during the day here in West Texas.
ReplyDeleteOh, but I am so looking forward to winter...I love it so!
Your photos are just absolutely fabulous!!

ReplyDeleteWow! It was really cold and windy here in Maryland yesterday. I nearly got blown off the Susquehanna River bridge on 95. It was terrible! But no snow.
ReplyDeleteIt is beautiful, though!
You really got it! We had nothing here but rain and big wind.
ReplyDeleteWell, nuts! I'm sorry you aren't ready to let go of autumn, but it certainly is a pretty picture!
ReplyDeleteWon't stick around yet, will it?
Just think of it as a "photo op". I know you'll get some beauties if you bundle up and take a walk...

What?! Winter came to your country before it came to Norway?!?! I thought Norway was the most snowy place on earth, but now I must reconsider ...
ReplyDeleteWe've got frost though, so winter and snow is right around the corner ...
Enjoy your snow.
Marit
